BELOIT, WI. (Dec. 9, 2025) — Riverside Catering at Ironworks Campus in Downtown Beloit is thrilled to announce Daisy Varney joining the team as its new Restaurant Manager.

With a wealth of experience in catering and hospitality leadership, Varney brings exceptional knowledge that will further enhance Riverside Catering’s commitment to outstanding service.

Previously serving as Catering Supervisor at Hoffman House Catering, Varney has developed extensive expertise in staff management, client relations and operational excellence.

Her leadership experience and passion for team development make her a natural fit to guide Riverside Catering’s front-of-house operations and event service teams.
