Catch a Sky Carp game and grab a bite at this Beloit dining destination
BELOIT, WI (March 29, 2022) – The Beloit Sky Carp kick off their home opener at ABC Supply Stadium April 12 where guests can indulge in a wide variety of new menu items at the various concessions around the ballpark, thanks to Geronimo Hospitality Group.
The official concessions and catering partner for the Sky Carp, Geronimo operates six original concession concepts within ABC Supply Stadium, putting its signature spin on traditional ballpark fare. In addition to new kid-friendly, vegetarian and vegan options, items fans can expect this season include:
Blue Skies Punch - Rum punch featuring Captain Morgan Spiced and White rums, Blue Curacao, pineapple juice and ginger beer
Sky Carp Crush - Tito’s Vodka, Aperol, OJ and Sprite
Fowl Pole Golden Ale - Locally brewed. Potosi will donate a portion of proceeds back to The Stateline Family YMCA
THE BIG WISCO Burger - Local beef burger, brat patty, Wisconsin cheese curds, American cheese, bacon jam, cheddar cheese sauce and Spotted Cow mustard
FireBird Chicken Basket - XTRA HOT breaded chicken sandwich, Scorpion Hot Sauce, ghost pepper aioli, dill pickles and jalapenos.
Pork n Mac - Braised pork, creamy mac n cheese, sweet & tangy BBQ, pickled red onions, dill pickles and jalapenos.
“We want to offer a wide variety of food and beverage options so everyone has something to enjoy when they visit ABC Supply Stadium,” said Blair Schmitz, general manager of food and beverage operations for Geronimo Sports and Entertainment.
“Our culinary team is ready to ‘wow’ fans with menu items they might not expect to see at a ballgame. We want to keep them coming back for more.”

The concession lineup includes: Pohlman’s fan favorites, Sausage Haus sausage and brats, El Jefe’s street tacos and nachos, Wisco on a Stick, Big Philly’s cheesesteaks and The Meat Ball meatball sandwiches.
