INAUGURAL BITES OF BELOIT RESTAURANT WEEK COMING SEPTEMBER 8-13

Enjoy specially priced prix fixe lunch and dinner menus, and live music at a variety of local eateries

Geronimo Hospitality Group announces the first ever Bites of Beloit Restaurant Week, September 8-13, at various restaurants throughout the city. This year, visitors and local foodies can dine at six local restaurants featuring specially priced lunch and dinner prix-fixe menu selections. Menu prices range from $12-$35 per meal, depending on the restaurant.

“Wildly popular in cities throughout the country, restaurant weeks are built to connect diners with new restaurants and unique culinary experiences close to home,” said Jeff Whiteman, COO of Geronimo Hospitality Group.

“Bites of Beloit Restaurant Week is a great opportunity to taste your way through some of the outstanding locally owned restaurants here in Beloit.”

Local favorites participating include:

  • Bessie’s Diner

  • Lucy’s # 7 Burger Bar

  • Merrill & Houston’s Steak Joint

  • Standard Tavern at Beloit Club

  • truk’t

  • Velvet Buffalo Modern Italian

The restaurants will offer two-course lunch or three-course dinner options throughout the week, including popular menu items like Merrill & Houston’s crab stuffed mushrooms, pork al pastor and chicken tinga tacos from truk’t, the famous Spicy Lucy burger from Lucy’s #7 Burger Bar, and Velvet Buffalo Modern Italian’s made-from-scratch tiramisu.

“We look forward to growing this event each year, infusing even more local flavor for diners to taste, sip and savor,” added Whiteman, who hopes to add even more great Beloit area restaurants to next year’s line-up.
