Goewey will oversee Geronimo’s food and beverage operations in Indianapolis and Boise
INDIANAPOLIS, IN (December 1, 2022) – Geronimo Hospitality Group is pleased to welcome Kevin Goewey as area director of food and beverage operations to oversee each of its brands at Bottleworks District in Indianapolis and at The Warehouse Food Hall in Boise, Idaho.
In his role, Goewey will be responsible for operations for The Garage Food Hall, Axle’s Garage Tap,Great Legs Wine Bar, Blue Collar Coffee Co. and food and beverage at Bottleworks Hotel in Indianapolis, Indiana. He will also oversee operations at The Warehouse Food Hall, including CAMP Cocktail Bar, The Loading Dock, Totally Toasted and food and beverage at the future Hotel Renegade in Boise, Idaho. He will lead the general managers at each property to ensure profitability, guest satisfaction and to ensure each property provides memorable experiences to guests through unmatched quality and service.
Goewey brings nearly two decades of experience in the hospitality industry to his position with Geronimo Hospitality Group. Prior to joining the Geronimo team, he served as the director of food and beverage for Southland Casino and Hotel in West Memphis, Arkansas. In addition to overseeing operations, he was responsible for designing, developing and implementing new concepts, hiring staff and improving profitability and customer service.
