HEALTH & SAFETY POLICIES
As always, the health and wellness of our guests and members is our top priority.
In response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) we would like to personally assure you that you will continue to receive the benefits of our highest standards and reputation when it comes to the cleanliness and safety, of all our guests and associates, at all our establishments.
All Geronimo Hospitality Group facilities are open. In accordance with city and county health orders and guidelines, we have worked hard to create a process that will keep everyone safe. Here’s what we’re doing.
At Our Restaurants:
Indoor dining, carryout and curbside pickup currently available at all restaurants.
MASK POLICY
Masks are required for all restaurant staff. Guests are required to wear a face covering except when eating and drinking. This includes indoor and outdoor restaurant and bar areas.
DINING ROOM SETUP
Tables will be placed six feet apart
Two bar stools will be left empty between customers not in the same party
Chairs/Tables will be cleaned & sanitized after every use
Single-use or digital menus will be used until further notice
All silverware will be rolled and stored in a sealed plastic bag
Tables will not be pre-set until further notice
SANITATION PRACTICES
Employees will wash hands every 30 minutes
Increased frequency of bathroom sanitation
Increased frequency of disinfecting tables, bar tops and other high-touch surface areas
IF YOU ARE SICK
Customers who are sick or showing symptoms of COVID-19 will not be allowed inside any Geronimo Hospitality Group restaurants
At Our Club & Fitness Facilities:
MASK POLICY
Masks are required for all staff. Members and guests are required to wear a face covering indoors except when eating, drinking or swimming.
GYM SETUP
Stationary equipment will be spaced 6ft apart
Class sizes will be limited to ensure 6ft distance between participants, 9-14 people(be FITNESS)or 10 people (Bark River CrossFit)
Registration for class required
Steam rooms and saunas limited to a maximum of two people at a time
Basketball court limited to a maximum of three people, no pick-up games
Basketballs will be available at the Welcome Desk
Childcare limited to a maximum of six children at a time, 24 hour reservations are required and temperatures will be taken at time of drop off
GOLF CLUB
Reservations are required for golf tee times
Tee Times are REQUIRED in advance, preferably 24 hours in advance
Tee times begin at 8 a.m. Online tee times are not currently available
Golf cars are being disinfected before and after each use
One rider per cart, unless living in the same household
SANITATION PRACTICES
Our staff has deep cleaned entire facility, and will regularly disinfect all surfaces and equipment
Guests encouraged to maintain 6 feet social distance from other members or staff
Equipment will be disinfected after each class
Individual sanitation stations will be set up throughout the facility
Towels will be available upon request only
Shared amenities not provided until further notice (hair dryers, hair styling tools, toiletries, etc.)
IF YOU ARE SICK
Members and guests who are sick or showing symptoms of COVID-19 will not be allowed inside any Geronimo Hospitality Group club or fitness facilities.
At Our Hotels:
MASK POLICY
Masks are required for all staff. Hotel guests and visitors are required to wear a face covering in all public areas, including fitness centers.
CLEANING & SANITATION:
Cleaning & Sanitation standards have been developed with the guidance and information provided by local health departments and government requirements and/or recommendations
EPA approved cleaners and disinfectants are being used throughout our properties
Increased frequency of property-wide cleaning and disinfecting with extra focus on high-touch surfaces and public areas such as the front desk, elevators, door handles, public bathrooms, and guest room keys
GUEST & EMPLOYEE HYGIENE:
Hand Sanitizing Spray is being provided to every guest at check-in.
Hand Sanitizing Stations are readily available throughout the property – at the front desk, in the restaurant, public restrooms, elevators and back of house
Our teams are trained on the importance of proper and frequent hand washing and will be taking precautions to provide a safe environment for our guests
SOCIAL DISTANCING:
We highly advise our guests to practice physical distancing by standing at least six feet away from other groups
Please be mindful of elevator occupancy
Our employees will practice physical distancing by standing at least six feet away from guests and other employees whenever possible
GUEST ROOMS:
Guest room keys are not issued to more than one guest until properly sanitized
Rooms will remain unoccupied for 24-hours between guests to allow for thorough cleaning and sanitation. (*Based on Availability)
Please utilize your Do Not Disturb door hanger if you do not wish for daily housekeeping service
In-room periodicals have been removed and are available in our Main Lobby or can be delivered, without contact, to your room upon request
We have implemented a sanitation seal on mini bar refrigerators to communicate that mini bar items have been sanitized. If the seal reads void, please contact a Guest Service Representative at the front desk for assistance
ROOM SERVICE & GUEST REQUESTS – No Contact Delivery
All restaurant room service orders and guest requests will be delivered to the door
To minimize contact, our team will knock to notify guests of delivery.
Restaurant menus are available on our website or by contacting a Guest Service Representative for a fresh, unused copy of the menu
AMENITIES & SERVICES
The health and safety measures we are following mean that some of our services and amenities may differ from what is detailed online or be currently operating in a limited capacity. Please call or email us with any questions or to receive the most up-to-date details
Given these unique circumstances, we remain committed to offering you flexible options with your bookings, and your existing and new reservations. If you need to adjust reservations through one of our establishments, please contact them directly and they will be happy to assist you.
