Beloit-based group knocks it out of the park with concessions menus
Geronimo Hospitality Group announces its six concessions concepts for the new ABC Supply Stadium, set to open on August 3, 2021. Among the lineup is traditional ballpark food, in addition to Geronimo’s signature creative menus.
Fans looking for classic stadium food should check out Pohlman’s, a nod to Harry Pohlman, who made a significant impact on Beloit's baseball history. Its menu features a cheeseburger, veggie burger, chicken tenders and other fan favorites.
Sausage Haus is a take on all-things sausage with sausages sourced from local staple Pinnon’s Meats and bratwurst flanking the menu. Head south of the border with el Jefe’s for street tacos, nachos and more. Get your fix of carnival food at Wisco on a Stick with fare including cheese curds, boozy shakes and funnel cakes. Big Philly’s menu reflects its name through a variety of Philly cheesesteaks, and The Meat Ball offers a tasty meatball sandwich.
“Fans’ experience at ABC Supply Stadium will be nothing short of iconic and the concessions will be a major part of that,” says Blair Schmitz, general manager of stadium operations. “We’re excited to share all the food and drink items our team has worked so hard to put together.”
Not to be missed is Food Truck Alley, which will bring in a rotating selection of food trucks like Lil Frank BBQ and other local vendors to the stadium on game days.
